What makes a good tournament pick?
A strong bracket is not a promise that you know every result. It is a complete prediction made before the games begin. Consider the path each team would need to take, the matchups created by the bracket, and the tradeoff between a likely favorite and the upsets that can reshape a region.
Later rounds usually matter more than the opening games in a bracket’s final score, but the exact scoring is published with each challenge. Take a moment to understand the points before you lock in your selections.

- Make a selection for every matchup and trace your choices through the championship.
- Review the completed bracket before submitting.
- Come back after each round to follow results and standings.

A tradition built around Division III
d3challenge grew out of a long-running Division III sports community. The history of the project stretches back to football challenges in 2003 and basketball challenges in 2003–04; the dedicated platform now supports the tournament brackets, confidence pools, and pick’em formats that make following a season more interactive.
