Not gambling, betting, or odds-making

d3challenge.com is not a gambling website. It is operated separately from d3photography.com and provides only free, for-fun prediction challenges. We do not accept or facilitate wagers, bets, stakes, paid entry fees, deposits, or other consideration connected to a prediction; we do not create, publish, or offer betting odds, lines, or markets; and we do not pay gambling winnings, prizes, or other compensation based on a challenge result.

Entries have no monetary value and may not be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged. Nothing on d3challenge is an invitation, encouragement, or instruction to gamble, place a wager, or participate in sports betting.

Student-athletes and eligibility

d3challenge does not intend to facilitate conduct that could jeopardize a student-athlete’s eligibility to compete or participate in athletics. However, athletic-association, conference, school, and team rules can vary and may change. We do not provide legal, compliance, or eligibility advice and do not represent that using the site is permitted for any particular student-athlete. Student-athletes should consult their athletics compliance office before participating if they have any question about whether participation is allowed.

Accounts and entries

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not create accounts to manipulate standings, submit automated entries, interfere with site operations, or impersonate another person. We may remove or disqualify entries that result from abuse or violations of these terms.

Each challenge’s stated deadline, scoring rules, and tiebreak procedures govern that event. Results and standings are provided for entertainment.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape the service in a way that harms it, or use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Site text, design, and software are owned by or licensed to d3photography LLC unless otherwise noted and may not be reused without permission.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update the site, its formats, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
