Make a pick and assign its value

Choose a winner for each game in the pool. Then assign a unique confidence value to every selection. The highest value represents the outcome you consider most likely; the lowest represents the game you see as least certain.

Values cannot be reused. That constraint is the heart of the format: calling every favorite a sure thing is not an option.

How scoring works

When a selection is correct, its assigned confidence value becomes your score for that game. An incorrect selection earns no points. Your total is the sum of the values attached to your correct picks.

Example: if you give one pick 10 confidence points and it wins, you earn 10 points. A correct pick worth 2 earns 2 points. A wrong 10-point selection earns zero, which is why the order of confidence matters as much as the picks themselves.

Before submitting

• Confirm that every game has a winner selected.
• Confirm every confidence value is used once and only once.
• Review the event’s deadline and any event-specific tie procedures.
• Submit before picks lock; scheduled games may lock at different times in some challenges.
